![]() I have paid far less in the past and received much more. I believe the appropriate response from the staff at this level of resort should have been … we are just waiting for some pods we are so sorry where are you sitting I’ll bring it out to you. Some of us were lucky enough to get a coffee, but others were just told we have no more pods go to the front. ![]() My husband asked for batteries to change the remote, never happened. Our tv would not turn off without us unplugging it. Our butler service included in our stay never introduced themselves, if it hadn’t been for the other members of our group who were contacted daily by their butler we wouldn’t have been given any information. I did not have a meal that I would want to eat again, and every entree I received was luke warm at best. We waited over an hour to be served at many of the restaurants and they were not even busy. The level of service was way below expectations. Thankfully we were travelling in a group otherwise we would have left. Especially being a higher end hotel, we actually are shocked by some of the things we encountered. ![]() We have travelled extensively and have never been this disappointed with the level of service.
